90's White Blouse with Applique Roses by Philippe Marques knit tweed suit 33" waist to hem80's 90's white blouse. Buttons up the back with heavily padded shoulders, long sleeves with button cuffs and a short mandarin style neck. Front holds a center panel of crochet roses and side angles of applique roses. Pure white with the feel of crepe while the fabric content indicates polyester. Label is Philippe Marques which was active between 1986 and 2008. Excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. Tagged a size 4 but please check
