Tortoise shell Lucite handle with gold tone hardware, hinge opening, clip latch, inside slip pocket with hand mirror. Lined in a gold shimmering fabric. Oh so good. CONDITION Very good vintage condition. Hardware works beautifully, handle is perfect. The velveteen fabric has a couple of places where water may have touched it and left a dent.
