ozz angelo lolita vest denim hand printed hand drawn designafter googling this brand it appears to be a japanese lolita brand which is pretty dope. still couldnt really figure out how to wear it with the straps. maybe u are smarter than me and can figure it out. i would guess it fits a size medium. waist is 32 inches and length is 17 inches in the back and 23 inches in the front.
