From the age of big hair comes this RAD red with black sequin filigree patterned sweatshirt minidress or tunic. 3 4 slightly ballooned sleeves with shoulder pads! Sequins on the front. Does not look like any are missing but being vintage, it is entirely possible. There is a loose thread that is pictured and a white mark that i am unsure whether permanent or superficial.
