50s Black Straw Hat Lace Trim Schoolgirl Style By Marshall Field & Co. voluminous skirt Chest: 24"This early 1950s black straw hat has a schoolgirl vibe, youthful and perky, with its coral velvet band and back bow, and sweet lacy trim decorating the top of the brim. The brim is widest at the center front of the hat, almost disappearing at the center back. The slightly rounded, nearly flat crown is designed to perch on top of the head, either straight on or tilted, as preferred. An inner circle of velvet covered wire, with loops attached at each
