60’s Mod Blue Velvet Dress with Lace Collar and Cuffs vintage silk gown Shoulders 16”1960s MOD dark blue velvet mini babydoll shift dress with lace ruffle collar and cuffs. Long sleeve dress with stunning Victorian inspired ruffled lace details. Simple silhouette, dress is unlined with back zipper closure. No tags in garment. Would best fit a modern S M, see measurements below to ensure a good fit. In very good condition, only thing to note is a tiny repair at the back bottom of zipper. Not very noticeable especially when wearing.
