80’s Embroidered Blue Cotton Fit and Flare Skirt by Talbots cherub brooch 3 1/2" Handle dropA Talbots light blue cotton skirt with big embroidered white flowers from hem to hip. The skirt is fitted at the hips with tucks topped by tab accents then flares to fullness. It's lined in blue cotton. It falls below the knee and closes with a side nylon zipper. It's sized a 12 and measures 36" around the waist, the hips are 44" and the length is 25 1 2". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Large. Catalog # 6888
