60’s/70's Red with White Polka Dot Lace Up Front Blouse by Sears Jr Bazaar unisex personal I wear a 6/6Groovy early 70s polka dot stretch knit blouse by Sears Jr Bazaar. Fabric is probably polyester (no tag) with white polka dots on a warm red (between red and orange) background. Shirt has bust darts and set in long sleeves. Sleeves are wrist length, (check measurements). I show them pushed up to 3 4 length in some photos. The slit neck has grommets and a self fabric cord that laces up. Long 70s butterfly collar.
