A little. Not too much. We love the mandarin collar detail and the really stretchy material. While the sparkles have a lovely texture about them, the inside is smooth and a dream to wear (i. e. not scratchy at all). It also has a nice weight in the skirt and it has a wonderful flare that reminds us to the swinging 20s. If youre
