Interior is finished a brown grosgrain fabric and the standard petersham ribbon. Label is Christine Original with a size tag of 22. Lovely condition with only one issue which a bit of makeup on the interior ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 inches with a height of 3 1 4 inches.
