60’s Navy Blue Pixie Hat by Jacques Chapeaux raffia shoulder bag Very small spot on back1960's banded pixie style hat. Body consists of navy blue voile all in tucks narrowing until it hits a peak. Edge is a solid band of fabric with a small front bow. Interior is finished with a flexible netting along with the standard petersham ribbon. Label is Jacques Chapeaux.
