Lightweight and very soft velvet (possibly silk velvet) jacket has had distressed silk lining removed, except for the waist (see photo). Rolled and padded ruched collar forms a deep V neckline secured with Art Deco buttons and velvet loops at the waist. Straight set in long sleeve, wide at hem. Waist is shirred with rows of elastic (still stretchy!) creating a cinched blouson shape. There is an oval area on back
