There's a high crew neckline, ruffled puff shoulders that taper in at the elbow, and a gathered basque waist with side pockets in a floor length skirt. The skirt is VERY full and twirly. Handmade vintage, most likely a Mennonite piece. Very nicely made, with great attention to detail and quality stitching that is made to last.
