90's Pearl Gray Felt Cloche Upturned Brim Hat by Kathy Jeanne gold shimmer - 28" length from centerPearl grey wool felt cloche style hat. Deep rounded crown with a black grosgrain band. Right side holds a large grey satin rosette. Front and left side brim goes up while the back and right side slope downward. Label is Kathy Jeanne, Made in the USA, handcrafted. Label has been active since 1985. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches. Excellent condition showing only a bit of soiling on the back
