The Betty dress fits US sizes 6 12 with a comfortable elastic gathered midriff and adjustable straps. Tasseled decorative tie on front center. Ruffled frill at handkerchief hem. Length from shoulder is 36". Chest expands to 40". The Betty dress is made with upcycled, sustainable material from previously
