90's Japanese Overall Style Dress cowl dress and 3” out in backI bought this for me but always grab my denim one. I think because it looks so cute with my campus boots. This is a Japanese overall style dress. Im not sure the fabric content but it feels quality and Im a bit of a snob about that. Can be worn under or over chest with adjustable straps. Also theres a cinch in the back. Really cute piece. Kinda wondering why I dont wear in now. Pit to pit: 18 waist: 36 can cinch a few inches. Length: longest is 46
