I always loved the look of a sharp blazer and white top on other women and I tried to make it work for myself

one of the accent threads on the back of the bodice is broken

The bodice is strapless with shirred organza. the skirt is full with tiers of organza attached to tulle underneath. It zips of the back with a metal zipper. The chest measures 15 inches under arm to under arm, but waist is 24 inches, and the length is 44 inches chest to hem. There is a small stain on the chest and slight discoloration on the left underarm.
