This extension pack can be used on its own as a standalone pattern, or in conjunction with the bodice or skirt from the original Sydney Designer Dress. Sydney is a calf length dress with a cocoon shape. The pack includes three bodice options and three sleeve options. But note the new sleeve options only work with the new bodice options; they will not work with the original Sydney
