Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D Ring to a 840 denier 42 oz. neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV and abrasions. Colored Pennel Orca is glued on top to complete the patch. D Rings are stainless steel, and available with 4. 5", 6" or 8" patches.
