Flat wide brim has small wired curled edges and the underneath has grosgrain covered wired placement prongs. Inner circumference is 20 inches. Crown has a rise of 1 inches and the brim extends 4 inches in the front, 3 inches on the side and 2 inches on the back. There are some condition issues.
