60's Novelty "Raggedy Ann" Quilted Button Up stripe wool blazer Peter Popovitch Skirt Set VintageOne of the most wonderful tops ever. Its quilted and has great pockets. Even the cuffs are quilted. If this fit me, it would be a keeper. I can get it on but then I cant move my arms It is missing the top button but thats where the bow is so not a biggie. It also has a few marks by the neck as shown in pics. Havent tried to get them out. Pit to pit: 21 . But the shoulders are only 15. I would say this is best for a smaller shouldered 10 and under. I
