Red Lace and Quilted Hearts Garland 1907 Dress has an all inCute heart garland is perfect for your Valentine's Day decor. Each heart is made from red lace sewn to a tan quilted background and attached to a brown cord. Hearts measure approximately 8" by 6. 5" and entire length of garland is 5'.
