Art deco style pattern in gold and blue on black silk chiffon. Pulls on, no closures. Has shoulder pads, we've added a second pair to give it a really strong shoulder. 2nd set stays with velcro and is easily removable. LABEL: Shajahan CONDITION: Very good vintage condition, is missing a few sequins on the right sleeve, around armpit Please see last photo for close up
