Looks almost as if it was hand-painted on sweater

All the pearl are present and the lace is undamaged

90's Print Skater Skirt by Southern Lady sweater w colourful Pendant 2&1/18 x 2&1/8A 90's skater skirt with broomstick elastic waist and full cut. The print is Victorian tapestry in reds, golds, greens and blues. The fabric is polyester but it has a cotton blend feel. The label reads, "Southern Lady". It's sized a 1x but will fit a large, measuring 32" to 36" around the waist. The length is 19". Excellent condition (appears never worn). Hand or gentle machine wash. Size Large. Catalog # 6566
