Multifunction: Top Dress Skirt The metal hooks along the shoulder run all the way down, allowing the piece to be opened and transformed. It can be worn long or short by adjusting the side drawstring. To convert it into a dress, open the channels on the lower sides and fit them into the armholes, then insert your arms through these openings and tighten
