20's/30's Czech Floral Brass Cuff Bracelet green midi dress I estimate this hat toBeautifully patinaed and aged brass cuff engraved with daisies and fauna. Brighly colored glass balls in the colors of emerald, garnet, amber, and blue sapphire in the center of intricately designed flowers. I've been told it looks like something that came off of the titanic, which is fitting. Straight from the age of garden cocktail parties and flappers, this cuff is timeless and perfect as a statement. The tarnish has been left alone for the person
