And the good 'ol black and white is a no brainer. Loving this light cotton sleeveless summer dress and the fun it's having in black and white. The vertical stripes are actually little polka dots lining up and the skirt is filled with morning glory flowers in increasing sizes from smaller at the waist to larger ones near the hem. Comes in a
