handmade bedazzled pearl black lace dress skirt i would guess it’s probablygorgeous lil unique handmade piece. gems and pearls are sewn on one string so u gotta be real careful with it, maybe hand wash it. no tag or anything but the back is elastic, the straps are lace, and theres a lace panel in the center of the chest. measurements are laid flat, but the back does stretch 1 3 inches i think. pit to pit 13 inches. straps 13 inches long. waist 28 inches. length 33 inches without the straps.
