anyway waist is 30 inches (tag says size 11) and the length is 18 inches but you could call it 20 with the fringe

and there’s the sweetest green stretchy lace on the sides so u can tie it in a bow in the back

no tags or anything so who knows the brand… i would call it a size small but it’s stretchy
