50’s Black Velvet Skirt vtg silk hankies Outer Sleeve: 24 1/4" -50's style black velvet skirt has a poodle applique and a sequin leash. Skirt was made by Levino Verna and is fully lined. The closure is a side zipper and snap at the waist, there is also a right side pocket. At some point, the waist band was let out to the current measurement. Previously used in theater.
