It's made of a textures ivory colored fabric with a wide grosgrain ribbon band that is formed into a whimsical bow in the front. It is lined with a beautiful silk faille fabric. Excellent condition. It measures 20. 5" in circumference, and is 5" high. The original box is very nice and is quite sought after.
