Originally from Nuits Saint Georges, Lopez grew up surrounded by Burgundys wine culturehis father ran a wine bistro frequented by top vignerons of the Cte de Nuits. At age 35, he shifted careers into viticulture, joining Prieur Roch in 2007, where he worked for
