Wool and Poly blend skirt by Act 111. Due to the poly blend this skirt does have some stretch and is a pull on style no fasteners. The stripes line up perfectly and create amazing effect! Red, Blue and White. Midnight blue almost looks black. But waistband shows some blue tone. Generous, A line hem. Waist band. Minor wear over all to surface of fabric.
