as-is brown velvet embroidered blouse skirt it doesn’t seem like it’sbeautiful gorgeous blouse with lovely flowy sheer sleeves. not in great shape tbh, has a hole in the shoulder, missing one button, and the tie at the back is coming undone. needs some love tbh. no size tag sadly. shoulder width 17 inches. sleeve length 22 inches. length 15 16 inches with the sheer trim.
