Top has a scoop neck with 3 4 puffy sleeves and open knit design. Skirt has an elastic waist and an a line silhouette. Two spots one on top, one on skirt. Shown in photos. No brand or material tags. Please double check measurements in photos for accurate fit. Can work for a variety of sizes. Excellent vintage condition with the exception of those two spots. I did not try to
