The sweet flowers of the Kalinkalinpa bloom soon after the rain in the sandhills. Ena learned this story from her mother Marlee Napurrula, who passed down the right to paint it to her. Ena was born at Haasts Bluff creek bed in 1957. Both her parents, Marlee Napurrula and Long Tom Tjapanangka, began painting
