C1028S LYR 'Pug' 0-4-0ST 19 LYR Unlined Black (as preserved) Steam Locomotive - DCC Sound Skaledale RAF Through the Ages -Expected Delivery Apr May 2027 (Subject to Change at Manufacturer's Discretion). Originally no. 19 when fresh from Horwich, this engine was an early escapee to private ownership. It was withdrawn from the LMS in 1931 and initially worked for construction company John Mowlem & Co (who named it Bassett) on a project to extend Southampton docks. But in 1935 it was on the move again and became Sprung buffers where appropriate Mostly die cast construction
