80's/90's Ribbon Collared Floral High Neck Blouse hand painted purse Skirt: Waist: 13” Length: 22”This Victorian style blouse is made of a pretty floral fabric in pinks and blues on a white background. It has a narrow banded collar made of a length of white cotton eyelet lace that is threaded with a peach colored satin ribbon. Sleeves have elastic at the wrists. The blouse is gathered at the neck and has a nipped waist and has a small peplum. It closes in the back with small pearly white buttons. Fabric feels like a cotton blend. Very good
