40’s Cobalt Velvet Wrap Gown by Peer floral crop top pink Oscar de la Renta blackCobalt blue rayon velvet wrap 1940s wrap dress by Peer. Has matching belt with velvet covered deco shaped buckle. Great vintage condition, has moderate wear to velvet and belt buckle that is consistent with age of garment. Model is 52 with 32 bust 24 waist. Hook and eye has been moved on the waist to fit a 24 waist, but eye can be moved easily to accommodate up to a 30 waist. Bust approximately fits 36 38 with some versatility as its a wrap style.
