But we seldom see them on both. And such a lovely pattern too tendrils of plants and hanging tulips. It gives the feeling of these flowers lovingly growing into the prettiest cornflower blue of this cutie. We also love the scalloped hems of course ;) And the cuffs are buttoned with slight elastic give so it's rather comfy to wear. This dress came with a dry
