The shorts have a ruffled leg, and laceups at both hips. The thigh high leg warmers also lace up all the way from ankle to thigh. Lace them separately, or entwine the laces! Shorts: Choose from midrise (shown), high waist, or low rise. Please note the thigh highs have a folded band at the top, NOT elastic, not rubber strips.
