AS-IS black cargo slit skirt denim it has a collar andthis is a very as is skirt that could use a lil (easy) repair. the side seam has come undone so its basically a long as hell slit. honestly u could wear it like this tho its pretty cute. the tag has been shredded out for some reason. waist is 33 inches but its adjustable by drawstring. length is 21 inches.
