70's Sleeveless Smock Top holiday Outer Sleeve: 30" - (includesA lady's sleeveless smock top from the 70's in multicolor vertical striped polyester. It can be worn for work or as a tunic. It features a button up front, hip patch pockets and horizontal striped yoke. It measures 48" around the bust and the length is 27". No label.
