40’s/50’s Baar and Beards Faux Pearl Beaded Collar by Baar & Beard's, Inc. blue cropped top The dress is gorgeous and1940s 1950s Baar & Beard's, Inc. a Top Hit Fashion made in Japan, hand made satin beaded collar necklace in beige, off white, silver & white. This beautiful faux collar is meant to be worn with the point at the front for a v neck shirt, but I think it looks unique worn backwards with a lower cut back. It is meant to be attached to the collar of a shirt using safety pins. The edges is a scalloped pattern of faux pearl beads and silver beads for
