No shoulder pads, bishop sleeves. Nylon or polyester is washable. Dark bright yellow, great color! CONDITION : Very good vintage condition, has a few minor darker areas, not noticeable unless you look closely. Has been washed and stain treated, it's possible these small areas were missed with treatment (as it had stains on cuffs and placket) and would come out with further treatment.
