There's a rounded neckline, tie back, and short sleeves. Cotton material, this dress is nice and soft and comfortable to wear. Bust measures 46", waist 46", hip 70", length 45", sleeve opening 18". Marked a size 1X. Shown on a size 12 US model, 5'4. No issues to note. Probably early 2000s, but could be later.
